Virginia Mountain Vineyards
Dreamy Grapevine Vows
Surrounded by nearly 10 acres of rolling green grapevines, Virginia Mountain Vineyards delivers panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, an events center and renowned wine varietals to elevate your wedding celebrations.
The vineyard was first planted in 1998 with Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc. Several years later, Traminette, Merlot, and Petit Verdot were added. More recently, Sauvignon Blanc was planted bringing the total to nine acres of grapevines. The vineyard is well-known for producing some of the best grapes in Virginia.
Couples design their day around an elegant vaulted events center wedding tent with beautiful chandeliers. Intimate wedding ceremonies find a home in the grapevines while larger gatherings sing under the outdoor ceremony chapel with a stone aisle and provided wooden pews. Vineyard and Blue Ridge Mountain views shine in every direction and the estate's famous red rose bushes make for striking imagery.
Receptions unfold on the large stone patio covered by a tri-peaked white tent overlooking rolling vineyards and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The event center tent rests on a large hardscape paver lighted patio with a lighted gazebo steps above and indoor dressing rooms adjacent to the patio for day-of flow and convenience.
