This family-owned and operated working dude ranch features over 250 acres, herd of gorgeous horses, Longhorns, Navajo Churro sheep, free-range egg-laying chickens, barn cats and Abraham the pig. Guests settle into ranch life and enjoy a slowed down wedding weekend pace, celebrating your vows and connecting over open spaces and peaceful forests on the historic Shenandoah River.
River's Bend Ranch offers multiple sites for indoor and outdoor gatherings. Share your vows on a hilltop, overlooking a meadow or against traditional ranch fencing and equestrian and farming fields. Arrange a grand reception tent on the spacious grounds, dining and dancing the night away before retreating to modern cabins and lodges for a beautiful night's rest. Wedding fun continues with trips to the nearby Shenandoah National Forest, Skyline Drive, the George Washington National Forest and the famous Luray Caverns. On-property activities span horseback trail rides, fishing, birding, walking trails, lawn games and a hot tub for those staying in the Bunkhouse.
