Maymont
A Natural Treasure
Sprawl out and soak in the beauty of this 100-acre historic estate and park. Invite your guests to stroll through the gardens and arboretum, see native wildlife habitats, feed friendly goats and take in all the natural glory of this sacred and special land.
Choose from various wedding packages and locations. Celebrate in the heart of the historic estate among a 100-year-old Italian garden, European-style estate buildings, gazebos, sprawling green lawns and legendary The Robins Nature Center. Maymont wedding packages include a selected site, dressing room and rehearsal space and the Environmental Education Center & West Terrace for receptions.
Wedding packages at the 1000 Westover site embrace Mediterranean architecture, a mix of modern and historical features, and a private outdoor courtyard near the Maymont Farm. Share your vows under the famed tulip poplar, a native deciduous tree planted in honor of the 150-year-old tulip poplar that fell in 2020. Or on the lush lawn under the sprawling blue atlas cedar, a state champion evergreen with broad, sweeping limbs located near the Maymont Mansion. The Italian Garden ceremony site offers a striking colorful venue option radiating with roses, a beautiful pergola and stone gazebo. A microwedding package is also available for more intimate gatherings.
