Style, Grace and Lush Modern Romance at The Market at Grelen

Diana and Eric’s September Charlottesville wedding at The Market at Grelen dripped in chic garden details and lush, thriving greenery. The 1,000-acre tree nursery set a magical wedding day backdrop while Brousseau Events played up the pulsating countryside energy in dreamy blues, blushes and muted yellows. The full-service Charlottesville wedding floral designer and wedding planner accentuated the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and crafted a flourishing ceremony archway of late summer florals in full bloom.

The groomsmen’s powder blue suits, bride’s flowing fairytale gown and beaming bridesmaids in a stunning range of petal prints added to the natural bucolic vibe. Charlottesville wedding photographer Sarah Houston captured an enchanted first look in the trees, violet hour stolen kisses and sunny vows on the manicured greenhouse lawn among oak trees and expansive pastoral views.

The Local Catering welcomed guests to a vibrant pergola cocktail hour and impressive oyster bar before ushering the party to a gorgeous greenhouse reception drenched in natural light, sky-reaching plants and vintage blue stemware. Guests signed a unique wooden block Jenga guestbook, delighted in cake by Tansy’s Treats and danced to a custom music experience by Bantum Rooster.
