Herrine & Carl
Steeped in Tradition and Summer Splendor at Pippin Hill
Herrine and Carl’s late August Charlottesville wedding at Pippin Hill exuded pure bliss and a deep respect for family and ritual. Swathed in luscious pink, taupe and ivory blooms by Charlottesville wedding florists from Cultivate Event Co., the fresh summery theme ran alongside fragrant blushing florals, vibrant white blooms, delicate pearls and simple yet stunning petite rose bouquets.
Amore Events orchestrated the luminous hillside ceremony filled with tearful vows, postcard views and touching Korean wedding customs. Guests drank in endless Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards mountain backdrops and grapevine glory. Charlottesville wedding photographer Jen Fariello Photography took artful, detailed photos that included darling getting ready moments, a sweet father-daughter slow dance and forever-cherished newlywed kisses.
A sunset cocktail hour ensued on the stone Veranda with hors d’oeuvres butlered by the talented Pippin Hill Catering team. Two-story vaulted ceilings and rosy summer floral archways welcomed guests to the breathtaking agrarian-inspired Granary reception space. Charlottesville wedding rentals and decor from BBJ Rentals, MS Events and Blue Ridge Event Production set the joyful scene with gold-trimmed dinnerware, gilded flatware, deep magenta and cream linens and an audio guestbook. Pippin Hill wine complemented course after course of garden-to-table cuisine followed by a majestic four-tiered textured wedding cake and late-night gourmet burgers.
