Christina & Matt
Red Roses and a White Gazebo at Greenock Manor
Christina and Matt’s October wedding at Greenock Manor embraced the countryside venue’s 1800s bed and breakfast charm and forested fall beauty. Tented ceremony chairs looked to a pristine white gazebo during drizzly autumn nuptials, a grand white entryway installation flanked by yawning ferns and white hanging lanterns welcoming guests to the secluded pastoral landscape.
Charlottesville wedding photographers with Amative Creative detailed timeless romantic touches in the couple’s rings set on ivory piano keys, special mother-daughter getting ready moments in the bridal suite, and a tender private first look couple shoot in front of the parlor fireplace. The bride’s angelic gown hung, awaiting the day on a classic four-post bed in the Victorian manor home's honeymoon suite.
The couple snuck away for an enchanting forested photo shoot, kissing under sweeping tree canopies and dewey fall leaves. Charlottesville wedding floral designers from Lacy's Florist crafted striking red and blush roses mingling with autumn foliage and eucalyptus. Jenga pieces served as guestbook signature blocks and a sacred tented reception space was set in vintage brass and regal blue gauze table runners under jeweled chandeliers.
Black and white photos of family weddings passed speckled tables and adorable hand-crafted mini log and heart candles served as takeaway favors. Guests savored homemade chocolate chip cookies, gourmet cupcakes and a petite single-tier wedding cake. The magical evening was crowned with a star-blanketed backlit lawn photo shoot in front of antique ironwork spelling out LOVE in larger than life lettering.
