Jubilant October Glow at Silver Fox Lavender Farm
Olivia and Guy’s October wedding at Silver Fox Lavender Farm was filled with joyful tears and laughter sprinkled with sweet romantic moments. Charlottesville wedding planners with Champagne Wishes orchestrated a blissful day dressed in soft lavender and subtle sand hues. Custom touches sparkled from the smiling golden retriever’s “I do too” jeweled collar, a groomsmen pre-ceremony cigar and golf tee-off session and his and hers signature cocktail hour drinks.
Silver Fox Lavender Farm set a beautiful bucolic tone as sunbeams poked through trees, the rich green landscape radiating against early autumn’s first fallen leaves. The couple shared a touching first look, allowing the flower girl to tap on the groom’s shoulder before his bride floated through the stunning woodland. Floral designers from Colonial Florist & Antiques adorned the day in ivory and earth tone garden blooms, sweetheart table and reception centerpiece arrangements and delicate floral cake embellishments.
Charlottesville wedding photographers with Katie Lynn Photos caught every detail, from the bride’s white cowgirl boots to touching bridal loft primping moments and the glowing surrounding Rockfish Valley. A playful couple and wedding party photo shoot unfolded across the farm’s autumn grounds and fragrant lavender fields. Guests gathered under the warm late afternoon sun for cocktail hour on the lawn before moving into the spacious French-style country event barn for charcuterie, farm salads, a multi-course dinner and an overflowing dessert table by Autumns Custom Catering and Buttercream Dreams. Olivia and Guy closed the night with a private last dance in the barn before exiting to a jubilant sparkler send-off.
