Kristen & Manny
Deep Autumn Jewel Tones at Madison at the Mill
Kristen and Manny shared their vows at Madison at the Mill on a rainy October day. The stunning indoor celebration was set in deep emerald, ruby red and pops of brilliant gold and orange and the bride was breathtaking in an off-the-shoulder fairytale gown, a dramatic flowing veil fanned out behind her. Wedding designers from Beyond Planning Events mixed natural forest elements with vintage touches, transforming the industrial chic venue and former silk mill into a stylish sanctuary.
A foliage-draped sign welcomed guests to the unplugged ceremony, asking them to pick any side of the twinkling room swathed with golden strands of light and letting them know they’re loved by both the bride and the groom. The talented floral design team from Ella Bell Bouquets called on the season's rich earthy hues with stunning ruby and golden October florals and foliage offset by delicate pink blooms.
The modern brick windowed reception hall was set in handmade reclaimed wood tables and natural wood Chiavari chairs while artful centerpieces cascaded in baby’s breath, eucalyptus and other living textures. Deep rustic persimmon linens and round log cuttings with Psalm verses inscribed on them added countryside touches alongside clear plates, mason jars and vintage flatware.
Wedding photographers with Tori Parker Photo captured touching morning prep moments and genuine emotion during a bridal party first look, along with the most adorable toddler ring bearers driving their toy Jeep down the polished wood aisle. Photographers orchestrated family portraits in front of the wood ceremony arbor, sneaking outside under clear umbrellas for a smoldering newlywed shoot and giddy wedding party photos. Guests indulged in a cereal bar featuring the couple’s favorite breakfast treats and a playful lemonade bar and the couple danced cheek to cheek on the 100-year-old hardwood floor under elegant chandeliers.
