James and Susannah's August wedding in Charlottesville was a joyful celebration of their love, surrounded by the serene natural beauty of the Virginia countryside. The pastoral charm of Castle Hill Cider perfectly set the tone for their romantic summer nuptials.

As the ceremony began, the couple stood before a simple wooden cross framed by a lovely arch of soft purple and white blooms, accented with cascading greenery. Susannah's classic white gown and pearl necklace complemented the bridesmaids' flowing blue dresses. Laura Blair Events and Florals did an exceptional job planning and designing the wedding, with lush floral arrangements adding to the romantic atmosphere.

The reception unfolded within the timber-framed event barn, its soaring ceilings and string lights casting a warm, intimate glow over the celebration. Guests toasted the newlyweds and enjoyed a Southern-inspired spread from Deep Run Roadhouse.
